Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Minimum 3 years beverage management or supervisory experience.
• 2 years of event/ convention F&B or high-bar environment or 1 year as Bar Manager.
• Must have valid Alcohol Awareness & Food Handlers cards.
• Able to work any shift, weekends, holidays, and special events.
• Must pass pre-employment drug/alcohol screening.
• Must be eligible to work in the U.S.
• Must obtain and retain a valid gaming license/background check.

Responsibilities

• Oversees daily operations of the Beverage department.
• Complies with all food & beverage health, liquor, and safety regulations and applicable laws.
• Monitors performance of Beverage staff and provides feedback for development.
• Reviews and approves hiring, transfers, promotions, and disciplinary actions.
• Schedules, evaluates, and trains Beverage staff to meet service standards.
• Listens to and addresses customer grievances.
• Keeps informed about services, promotions, and events to guide staff.
• Performs departmental training at a high level.
• Coordinates with Beverage manager and upper management on deficiencies.
• Assists with events at CDS properties and AVA Amphitheater as needed.
