Job summary

Sandia Resort & Casino in Albuquerque, NM seeks a Beverage Operations Manager to oversee all beverage outlets including Thur P’a Lounge, Governor’s Room, Ba Shie and pool areas. The role centers on service quality, revenue growth, and guest experience across bars and restaurants.

You will lead, train, schedule, and coach staff; manage inventory, vendor relationships, and compliance with health and safety standards; foster a collaborative, efficient team culture.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma, GED certification or equivalent.
• Two (2) years supervisory experience in a bar/lounge with a full liquor license.
• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Two (2) years of college preferred; relevant work experience may substitute.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the operation of beverage outlets ensuring smooth function and high standards.
• Hire, train, and schedule staff; resolve issues and supervise daily tasks.
• Manage beverage inventory, ordering, receiving and stock rotation to minimize waste.
• Ensure compliance with Indian Health Services standards and regulations; maintain safety.
• Coach and lead staff to create an excellent teamwork environment and high service levels.
• Maintain relationships with suppliers and ensure quality and cost effectiveness.
• Monitor cash handling and daily financial reports; ensure proper documentation.
