Hacienda Del Sol Guest Ranch Resort in Tucson, Arizona is seeking a Banquet Server/Bartender to deliver memorable food and beverage service for events and banquets. You will assist with event setup, manage service flow, and uphold the company’s standards of excellence while maintaining professionalism on every shift.

Qualifications

• Previous serving and bartending experience.
• Excellent communication and listening skills.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Uphold the highest level of customer service.
• Maintain a friendly and approachable attitude towards all.
• Maintain a professional appearance.
• Assist with set-up of tables, linens, chairs, etc., for full service of Banquet Events.
• Provide excellent food and beverage service for Banquet Events.
• Maintain knowledge of policies and procedures.
• Maintain sense of urgency when on the service floor.
• Maintain back of the house, front of the house and side work duties for overall productivity of Banquet Events.
• Maintain positive and professional attitude.
• Seek counsel from management when needed.
• Maintain clear and open communication between all staff members for overall event success.
• Follow Health and Safety practices at all times.
• Maintain all Liquor and Health Certifications (Title 4 or TIPS).
