Luxor, part of MGM Resorts International, seeks an Assistant Beverage Manager to oversee beverage department operations and deliver WOW guest experiences. This full-time role primarily covers graveyard shifts, requiring hands-on supervision of service, scheduling, and inventory control to maximize revenue.

The ideal candidate will have a High School Diploma or GED and at least 2 years of beverage/F&B supervisory experience, with ability to work weekends and holidays.

• 2+ years of supervisory experience in beverage or an F&B supervisory role.
• Ability to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Manage assigned operational functions within the beverage department.
• Direct smooth, cost-effective operation including labor management, scheduling and inventory control.
• Oversee guest service delivery to ensure adherence to service standards and brand attributes.
• Provide guidance to beverage staff and ensure proper staffing levels.
• Coordinate requisition process and stocking of beverage outlets to maximize revenue.
