Job summary

MGM Resorts International is seeking an Assistant Beverage Manager - Lounges at Bellagio in Las Vegas. The role supports daily lounge beverage operations, leads the beverage team, and upholds luxury service standards to create memorable guest experiences.

The ideal candidate will be 21+, hold a High School Diploma or GED, have 2+ years of relevant beverage/hospitality experience, and be willing to work varied shifts including weekends and holidays.

Qualifications

• 21+ years of age.
• High School Diploma or GED.
• 2+ years of prior relevant beverage/hospitality experience.
• Able to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Manage assigned operational functions within the department consistent with the strategic plan and vision for the department.
• Direct smooth, efficient, cost effective operation, including labor management, supervision of all aspects of services, scheduling and inventory control.
• Manage delivery and measurement of guest service within assigned department(s) consistent with the company’s core service standards and brand attributes.
• Provide management support in the oversight of assigned shift to ensure the delivery of quality service to the guests.
• Coordinate the requisition process and stocking of beverage outlets to maximize revenue for the division.
• Provide guidance and counsel to beverage employees, ensure the staff is scheduled properly.
• Provide recommendations to management on daily operational issues.
• Perform other job-related duties as requested.
