Job summary

Legends Global is seeking a Beverage Supervisor to direct all activities of the beverage department and ensure top-notch service and safety during events and daily operations.

You will oversee inventory, menu development, staff training, pricing monitoring, and coordination with the Purchasing Manager to optimize beverage quality and profitability while delivering exceptional guest experiences.

Qualifications

• College degree preferred.
• Food & Beverage and/or Restaurant experience preferred.
• Must maintain personal hygiene and a well groomed appearance.
• Ability to work long hours including mornings, nights, weekends and holidays.
• Strong knowledge of food and beverage preparations, service standards, guest relations and etiquette.

Responsibilities

• Direct all activities of the beverage department
• Conduct monthly inventory of alcoholic beverages
• Coordinate movement of beverages and equipment for events
• Provide operational and financial responsibility of beverage outlet
• Maintain beverage quality, service and marketing to maximize profits
• Coordinate with Purchasing Manager regarding beverage orders
• Develop drink menu
• Monitor beverage inventory and pricing
• Develop beverage training for F&B team
• Train on state and local beverage laws and regulations
• Provide a safe and reliable environment for customers and employees
• Deliver exceptional customer service
