Job summary

Legends Global is seeking a Beverage Supervisor to direct all beverage department activities, oversee inventory, and coordinate beverage operations for events and ongoing service. The role focuses on maintaining quality, safety, and profitability while leading a team to deliver exceptional guest experiences.

You will develop drink menus, train the F&B team, and ensure compliance with state and local laws. Flexibility with hours and a strong customer-service mindset are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in beverage operations and menu development.
• Ability to work long hours and flexible shifts including mornings, nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Strong knowledge of food and beverage service standards and guest relations.

Responsibilities

• Direct all activities of the beverage department.
• Conduct monthly inventory of alcoholic beverages.
• Coordinate movement of beverages and equipment per restaurant and catering operations.
• Provide overall operational and financial responsibility of beverage outlet.
• Maintain high standards of beverage quality, service and marketing to maximize profits.
• Coordinate with Purchasing Manager regarding beverage orders.
• Responsible for drink menu development.
• Monitor beverage inventory and pricing daily.
• Develop and institute beverage training for F&B team.
• Train on state and local beverage laws and regulations.
• Provide a safe environment for customers and employees.
• Exceed guest expectations.
