Job summary

Qualifications

• Ability to work long hours and flexible shifts including mornings, nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Punctual and dependable.
• Ability to read, speak and write English to interact with staff and guests.

Responsibilities

• Direct all activities of the beverage department.
• Conduct monthly inventory of alcoholic beverages.
• Coordinate the movement of beverages and equipment.
