Job summary

Legends Global is seeking a Beverage Supervisor to direct all beverage department activities and ensure exceptional service. The role includes overseeing inventory, coordinating beverage operations, and maintaining high standards of quality, service, and marketing to optimize profitability.

Ideal candidates will have experience in food & beverage, strong leadership, and the ability to manage events and ensure compliance with safety policies and local laws.

Qualifications

• Must have strong knowledge of beverage service and guest relations.
• Experience in food & beverage operations is preferred.
• Ability to listen and take direction from management.

Responsibilities

• Direct all activities of the beverage department.
• Conduct monthly inventory of alcoholic beverages.
• Coordinate movement of beverages and equipment for operations.
• Provide overall operational and financial responsibility of beverage outlet.
• Maintain high standards of beverage quality, service and marketing to maximize profits.
• Coordinate with Purchasing Manager regarding beverage orders.
• Responsible for drink menu development.
• Monitor beverage inventory and pricing daily.
