Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Direct all activities of the beverage department.
• Conduct monthly inventory to ensure all alcoholic beverages are accounted for.
• Coordinate movement of beverages and equipment for operations.
• Provide overall operational and financial responsibility of beverage outlet.
• Maintain high standards of beverage quality, service and marketing to maximize profits.
• Coordinate with Purchasing Manager on beverage orders.
• Develop drink menus and monitor pricing changes.
