Job summary

Legends Global in Mansfield, MA is seeking a Beverage Supervisor to lead the beverage department, oversee daily operations, ensure exceptional service, and uphold safety and quality standards across the bar and catering functions.

You will manage inventory, assist with menu development, train staff on beverage service and state laws, and collaborate with Purchasing to optimize beverage orders, driving guest satisfaction and profitability.

Qualifications

• College degree preferred; hospitality or business background is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of food and beverage service and etiquette.
• Must be punctual, dependable, and able to work long hours or flexible shifts.

Responsibilities

• Direct all activities of the beverage department.
• Conduct monthly inventory of alcoholic beverages.
• Coordinate beverage movements for restaurant and catering ops.
• Maintain operational and financial responsibility of the beverage outlet.
• Develop drink menu and train F&B staff on beverages and laws.
• Monitor beverage inventory and pricing daily.
• Provide exceptional customer service and ensure safety.
