Job summary

Legends Global in Mansfield, MA is seeking a Concessions Supervisor to support concessions, vending, portable and in-seat service operations at events. You will supervise event staff and ensure high standards of service.

The role requires detailed oversight of inventory, safety and compliance with alcohol service, and collaboration with teams to deliver exceptional guest experiences during all venue events, including nights and weekends.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Strong attention to detail; highly organized with time management.
• Must be able to work fluently in English in a fast-paced, team setting.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work long hours, including nights and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Assist in training and counseling of event staff.
• Directly manage event day staff with customer interaction.
• Maintain and control high-volume food and beverage inventory.
• Train and enforce responsible alcohol service; ensure compliance.
• Develop and enforce standards for service, sanitation, product quality.
• Coordinate with coworkers to ensure compliance with service standards and inventory.
• Conduct inventory audits and perform reconciliations.
