Job summary

Legends Global is seeking a Beverage Supervisor to direct all activities of the beverage department and oversee daily operations, staffing, and quality. The role includes inventory management, menu development, and collaboration with Purchasing to ensure profitable beverage programs.

Candidates should have beverage knowledge and the ability to train staff while complying with state laws and safety standards.

Qualifications

• College degree preferred.
• Experience in food & beverage and/or restaurant operations is preferred.
• Ability to work long hours and flexible shifts.
• Strong knowledge of beverage preparations, service standards and etiquette.
• Ability to train staff and teach beverage laws/regulations.

Responsibilities

• Direct all activities of the beverage department.
• Direct the beverage department's operations and supervise staff.
• Conduct monthly inventory of alcoholic beverages.
• Coordinate movement of beverages and equipment for restaurant/catering.
• Ensure operational and financial responsibility of beverage outlet.
• Maintain high beverage quality, service and marketing to maximize profits.
• Coordinate with Purchasing Manager on beverage orders.
• Develop and update drink menus and pricing.
• Monitor inventory and pricing daily.
• Provide beverage training to the F&B team.
• Ensure compliance with state/local beverage laws and safety training.
• Create a safe environment for customers and employees.
