Job summary

Coca-Cola Southwest Beverages is hiring Order Replenishment Merchandisers to ensure our beverages are always available in Kermit and Monahans, TX. You will build displays, manage stock, and handle POS advertising along swing routes.

The role is a 40+ hour week with early start times and benefits, including potential bonuses and incentives. Prior merchandising experience is not required, but reliability and strong organization are essential.

Qualifications

• Excellent planning and organization skills with strong attention to detail and follow-up.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain product displays & equipment placements
• Point of Sale advertising according to the company's merchandising standards
• Maintain appropriate shelf allocation, product levels and product rotation in displays
• Manage stock inventory levels and trade breakage
• Determine product needs to place corresponding orders on existing sales routes
• Daily communication, problem resolution, and follow up with customers, co-workers and shoppers
