Job summary

Coca-Cola Southwest Beverages LLC is seeking Order Replenishment Merchandisers to ensure our beverages are displayed and available in stores in the Dumas/Guymon area of Texas. This full-time role supports a 40+ hour work week and requires reliable transportation and a clean driving record.

Starting pay ranges from $19.68 to $24.73 per hour, based on experience, with additional earning opportunities including incentives, bonuses, referral bonuses, and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Valid Driver's License, current vehicle liability insurance, and clean driving record.
• Must be able to use a personal vehicle during business hours.
• Ability to repetitively lift, pull, and push 50+ pounds, kneel, bend over & reach above head height.
• Excellent planning and organization skills with strong attention to detail and follow-up.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain product displays & equipment placements.
• Point of Sale advertising according to the company's merchandising standards.
• Maintain appropriate shelf allocation, product levels and product rotation in displays.
• Manage stock inventory levels and trade breakage.
• Determine product needs to place corresponding orders on existing sales routes.
• Daily communication, problem resolution, and follow up with customers, co-workers and shoppers.
