Job summary

Coca-Cola Southwest Beverages seeks Order Replenishment Merchandisers to cover routes in Tyler, Chandler, and Flint areas. You will build product displays, place equipment, and manage shelf space while ensuring timely restocking across multiple accounts.

Starting pay ranges from $18.62 to $23.40 per hour with potential incentives and comprehensive benefits. A valid driver's license and the ability to use a personal vehicle are required, along with physical ability to lift 50+ pounds.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license, current vehicle liability insurance, and clean driving record.
• Must be able to use a personal vehicle during business hours.
• Ability to repetitively lift, pull, and push 50+ pounds, kneel, bend over and reach above head height.
• Excellent planning and organization skills with strong attention to detail and follow-up.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain product displays & equipment placements.
• Point of Sale advertising according to the company's merchandising standards.
• Maintain appropriate shelf allocation, product levels and product rotation in displays.
• Manage stock inventory levels and trade breakage.
• Determine product needs to place corresponding orders on existing sales routes.
• Daily communication, problem resolution, and follow up with customers, co-workers and shoppers.
