Job summary

Coca-Cola Southwest Beverages is seeking an Order Replenishment Merchandiser to stock and display beverages across the Bastrop/LaGrange/Giddings Texas area. The role requires 4:00 am starts, 8 hours daily on Thursday through Monday, with Tue/Wed off, and reliable transportation for use on routes.

Applicants must be 18+ with a valid driver's license, insurance, and a clean driving record. Prior merchandising or delivery experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Valid Driver's License, current vehicle liability insurance and clean driving record.
• Must be able to use a personal vehicle during business hours.
• Ability to lift 50+ pounds and perform physical tasks as required.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain product displays and equipment placements.
• POS advertising according to merchandising standards.
• Maintain shelf allocation, product levels and rotation.
• Manage stock inventory and trade breakage.
• Determine product needs and place orders on routes.
• Daily communication and follow-up with customers, co-workers, and shoppers.
