Job summary

Coca-Cola Southwest Beverages is seeking an Order Replenishment Merchandiser to serve Temple and surrounding areas. Friday–Tuesday shifts start at 6:00 am and continue until finished, with starting pay from $18.62 to $23.40 per hour based on experience.

You will build displays, manage inventory, and ensure products are on shelf with correct rotation. Must have a valid driver's license, auto insurance, reliable transportation, and be able to lift 50+ pounds.

Qualifications

• Valid Driver's License, current vehicle liability insurance, and clean driving record.
• Must be able to use a personal vehicle during business hours.
• Ability to repetitively lift, pull, and push 50+ pounds, kneel, bend over, and reach above head height.
• Excellent planning and organization skills with strong attention to detail and follow-up.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain product displays & equipment placements.
• Point of Sale advertising according to the company's merchandising standards.
• Maintain appropriate shelf allocation, product levels and product rotation in displays.
• Manage stock inventory levels and trade breakage.
• Determine product needs to place corresponding orders on existing sales routes.
• Daily communication, problem resolution, and follow up with customers, co-workers and shoppers.
