Job summary

Coca-Cola Southwest Beverages LLC is seeking Order Replenishment Merchandisers to ensure popular beverages are always available. You\'ll build displays, manage shelf space, and coordinate with sales routes to place orders and maintain inventory.

The role requires a valid driver\'s license, reliable vehicle, and the ability to lift 50+ pounds. 4 days/10 hours, Fri-Mon, with competitive hourly pay and benefits.

Qualifications

• Valid driver\'s license, current vehicle liability insurance, and clean driving record.
• Must be able to use a personal vehicle during business hours.
• Ability to repetitively lift 50+ pounds, kneel, bend, and reach above head height.
• Excellent planning and organization skills with strong attention to detail and follow-up.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain product displays and equipment placements.
• Point of Sale advertising according to the company\'s merchandising standards.
• Maintain appropriate shelf allocation, product levels, and rotation in displays.
• Manage stock inventory levels and trade breakage.
• Determine product needs to place corresponding orders on existing sales routes.
• Daily communication, problem resolution, and follow-up with customers, co-workers and shoppers.
