Job summary

Coca-Cola Southwest Beverages LLC is seeking an Order Replenishment Merchandiser for Sapulpa and nearby areas. You will build product displays, manage shelf allocations, and ensure beverage availability along assigned routes.

The role requires driving a personal vehicle during business hours, lifting up to 50 pounds, and following merchandising standards. Workdays are Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM start; compensation ranges from $18.62 to $23.40 per hour with bonuses and benefits.

Qualifications

• Valid Driver's License, current vehicle liability insurance, and clean driving record.
• Must be able to use a personal vehicle during business hours.
• Ability to repetitively lift, pull, and push 50+ pounds, kneel, bend over & reach above head height
• Excellent planning and organization skills with strong attention to detail and follow-up.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain product displays & equipment placements
• Point of Sale advertising according to the company’s merchandising standards
• Maintain appropriate shelf allocation, product levels and product rotation in displays
• Manage stock inventory levels and trade breakage
• Determine product needs to place corresponding orders on existing sales routes
• Daily communication, problem resolution, and follow up with customers, co-workers and shoppers
