Lassonde Pappas & Co. is seeking a VP of Manufacturing - Beverage in Charlotte, NC to lead two beverage plants and oversee safety, quality, and continuous improvement.

The role drives strategic manufacturing plans, capacity, and supply chain improvements while shaping an operational excellence culture across the organization. The position requires 10–15 years of factory management experience, strong leadership, and a proven ability to manage cross-functional teams in a multi-site beverage

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in mechanical or industrial engineering or food science.
• 10–15 years of factory management experience.
• 3+ years managing multi-site beverage manufacturing networks.
• Knowledge and experience in sustainable development.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Detail oriented and able to multi-task.

Aufgaben

• Develop a strategic manufacturing plan aligned to overall business strategy and objectives.
• Implement policies to ensure products are manufactured on schedule and within quality/cost standards.
• Ensure plant design, workflow, and assembly maximize operational efficiency.
• Forecast facility, equipment, and workforce needs to meet business requirements.
• Plan, source, production, and delivery to meet quality, cost, and delivery targets; manage freight as needed.
• Provide regular updates to senior management on project progress and timelines.
• Build relationships with internal and external stakeholders at all levels.
• Lead continuous process improvement and Lean initiatives to reduce costs and defects.
• Support skills development and leadership growth across the network.
• Foster operational excellence and adapt to fast-changing market conditions.
