Qualifications

• Proven wine knowledge with sommelier experience.
• Excellent hospitality and guest service skills.
• Ability to upsell wine and pairings with guests.

Responsibilities

• Manage day to day operations with executive management and head sommelier.
• Be a nightly presence on the floor representing the restaurant and delivering hospitality.
• Oversee pre-shift communications with BOH, Beverage Team and executives.
• Handle guest complaints and issues that arise during service.
• Keep staff engaged and on task during service.
• Maintain communication with management and staff; empower FOH/BOH teams.
• Contribute to training and ongoing wine program development.
