Job summary

You will manage bartenders, oversee inventory and beverage controls, forecast trends, and collaborate with culinary and service staff to elevate the bar program while driving revenue and guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of cocktail bar/upscale restaurant experience crafting a wide range of cocktails.
• Leadership experience with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
• Experience with beverage control and inventory management.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving with staff and guests.
• Forecast trends and drive beverage sales.
• Flexible schedule including weekends, evenings and holidays.
• Mastery of cocktails and extensive knowledge of spirits, wines, tequila & mescal.
• Proficiency in Excel and reporting.

Responsibilities
