Job summary

Qualifications

• Must have BASSET and Food Handler certifications.
• Previous serving experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, deliver and service orders.
• Prepare, present and collect payment for guest checks.
• Deliver in-room amenities.
• Serve guest beverages.
• Know menu items and serve accordingly.
• Maintain high standards of service.
• Ensure cleanliness of guest and back of house areas.
• Follow safety and health regulations.
• Report guest inquiries and complaints as needed.
• Maintain professional appearance and uniform.
• Attend staff meetings and trainings.
• Adhere to cash handling standards.
