Job summary

Qualifications

• Familiarity with beverage service and wine knowledge.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Indiana ABC Permit (Liquor License) required.
• Must be able to obtain and maintain licenses per regulations.
• Must be at least 21 years of age.

Responsibilities

• Provide superior service to internal and external customers.
• Assist guests with beverage selection and upsell with product knowledge.
• Act as a walking information center for Belterra Casino Resort & Spa.
• Maintain guest satisfaction through quality checks and responsiveness.
• Maintain a neat appearance and adhere to sanitation standards.
• Anticipate guest needs and assist with inventories as assigned.
