Qualifications

• Experience in receiving food and beverage stock and documenting quantities.
• Ability to follow safety instructions and stock handling procedures.
• Strong reading skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Receive and verify perishable and non-perishable orders; document quantities.
• Inspect quality and quantity; reject unacceptable items.
• Distribute stock according to storage orders and safety rules.
• Maintain FIFO for walk-ins and freezers.
• Conduct inventory and report results to management.
• Wipe down and sanitize bar storage areas.
