Job summary

PepsiCo is seeking a field service technician to install, troubleshoot, and maintain beverage dispensing equipment at customer sites in the Harrisburg area. You will set up vending, cooling, and fountain units, perform preventive maintenance, and ensure safety and quality standards are met.

You will educate customers on basic repairs, schedule service calls, manage parts on your service truck, and document each visit. A valid driver's license and EPA refrigeration certifications are required.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle required.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and work in various environments.
• EPA Section 608 Certification is required for handling refrigerants.
• Refrigeration Type I/II certifications are required where applicable.

Responsibilities

• Install, set up, and service vending, cooling, and fountain equipment.
• Diagnose issues and decide repair or replacement using sound judgment.
• Educate customers on basic equipment repair and upkeep.
• Schedule maintenance calls to meet service windows.
• Drive to customer sites, perform work, and manage inventory on truck.
• Document calls accurately and maintain customer information.
