Southern Glazer's Wine and Spirits in Olympia, WA, is seeking a Sales Associate for the Northwest Division. The role supports Sales Consultants and Area Managers, services accounts, and merchandises displays to drive growth in the region.

The position offers starting pay of $19-$23 per hour plus auto allowance, with a comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, 401(k), tuition assistance, wellness programs, and paid time off.

Qualifications

• State Sales Permit required where applicable.
• Ability to analyze data and information.
• Proficient with SGWS technology and mobile devices.
• Effective communication across channels.
• Commitment to high level of service to customers and suppliers.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.
• Must have a valid driver's license and be able to travel.

Responsibilities

• Build positive, credible, lasting customer relationships based on trust
• Responsible for servicing stores in assigned territories and refilling existing displays of products to keep company products fully stocked on the shelves
• Fill cold box and warm shelves at accounts with products sold by the Company
• Assemble, install, and fill all types of display racks
• Assist Sales Consultants and Area Managers in managing customer accounts and provide sales route coverage as needed
• Prioritize sales activities to achieve objectives based on each customer business growth plan
• Maintain deep knowledge of SGWS products and correctly present and position them in each account
• Propose selling solutions to customers and win the sale using consultative selling skills
• Achieve internal SGWS and supplier objectives as prioritized by management
• Participate in sales meetings, on-site trainings, and supplier events as required
• Perform other job-related duties as assigned
