Job summary

Southern Glazer's Wine and Spirits in Olympia seeks a Sales Associate to support Sales Consultants and Area Managers by merchandising, servicing accounts, and selling to customers.

You will build lasting relationships, stock displays, and collaborate with suppliers while training and attending events.

Starting pay ranges $19–$23 per hour with auto allowance; full benefits include medical, dental, vision, 401(k), tuition assistance, wellness programs, and paid leave.

Qualifications

• State Sales Permit may be required where applicable.
• Ability to analyze data and use SGWS technology.
• Proficient with mobile devices and professional communication.
• Strong customer service orientation in fast-paced environment.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel as needed.

Responsibilities

• Build positive customer relationships based on trust.
• Service stores in assigned territories and refilling displays.
• Fill cold box and warm shelves with products.
• Assemble and fill display racks.
• Assist Sales Consultants and Area Managers with accounts and route coverage.
• Contribute to sales objectives and participate in meetings and trainings.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
