Southern Glazer’s Wine and Spirits in Bellevue, WA is hiring a Sales Associate to support Sales Consultants and Area Managers by merchandising, servicing accounts, and selling to customers.

You will refill displays, manage shelves, and assist in sales route coverage while building strong customer relationships and maintaining product knowledge. This full-time role offers comprehensive benefits and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Must be able to obtain/maintain a State Sales Permit where applicable.
• Able to analyze and understand data and information for decision making.
• Proficient with SGWS technology to perform duties and responsibilities.
• Proficient with mobile devices (iPad, smartphone) and online communication.
• Demonstrates accountability and consistent high level of service to customers and colleagues.
• Effective communication across multiple channels and audiences.
• Capable of thriving in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.
• Must hold a valid driver's license.
• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Able to travel as needed.
• Must be at least 21 years old.

Responsibilities

• Build positive, credible, lasting customer relationships based on trust.
• Service stores in assigned territories and rotate existing product displays.
• Fill cold box and warm shelves with company products.
• Assemble, install, and maintain all types of display racks.
• Assist Sales Consultants and Area Managers in managing customer accounts.
• Prioritize sales activities to meet customer growth plans.
• Maintain deep knowledge of SGWS products and present them effectively.
• Propose selling solutions and win sales using consultative skills.
• Support internal SGWS and supplier objectives as prioritized.
• Participate in sales meetings, trainings, and supplier events.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
