Job summary

Standard Sales Company, L.P. is expanding its wholesale beverage distribution team in Odessa, TX. This role focuses on increasing retail account sales, market share, and distribution while upholding product quality standards.

You will enhance in-store merchandising and marketing awareness for our brands and strengthen retailer relationships to hit sales targets. The job demands strong communication, negotiation skills, and the ability to manage stock, pricing, and shelf space.

Qualifications

• Direct experience in wholesale beer distribution or brewer/supplier operations.
• Good communication skills and ability to partner and collaborate effectively with others.
• Proficient with iPad/Computer applications and current selling software.

Responsibilities

• Execute programs to increase retail account sales volume, market share and distribution while maintaining product quality standards.
• Maintain and improve retailer satisfaction and relationships while achieving targeted sales goals.
• Build business relationships with retail decision makers and license owners.
• Communicate, negotiate and present sales-related materials and ideas professionally.
• Maintain product freshness by monitoring stock and inventory levels in retail accounts.
• Monitor license compliance to ensure sales to active licensed customers.
• Support in advertising execution through POS materials and promotions.
• Assist in resolving credit issues and collecting past due balances.
• Participate in meetings and promotions as required.
