Job summary

Bob Hall Beverage Company is seeking a Relief Sales Representative to help grow our extensive beverage portfolio across assigned accounts. You will drive sales, promotions, and new product introductions while managing distribution and POS inventory as assigned when substituting for regular Front Line Sales Representatives.

Responsibilities include maintaining an aggressive selling posture, planning merchandising days, and staying informed on competitive activity.

• Understanding of gross profit and days' supply metrics.

Responsibilities

• Maintain aggressive selling posture to grow sales and distribution.
• Promote displays and sell improvements for product lines.
• Plan merchandising days and assist with events.
• Solicit competitive draught accounts to place brands.
• Keep route information current and track POS activity.
• Ensure inventory and organization of POS room.
• Report weekly on conditions and competitive activity.
• Recommend actions to improve sales and promotions.
• Maintain safe driving habits and vehicle cleanliness.
• Follow company policies and perform other duties.
