Standard Beverage Corporation is seeking a Sales Relief Specialist to support Sales Representatives and Retail Specialists. You will stock shelves, build displays, and provide exceptional customer service to our retail customers. The role requires organization, initiative, and a proactive attitude.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's Degree preferred or equivalent experience.
• Excellent presentation and communication skills.
• Experience in beverage/restaurant/bar industry a plus.
• Background knowledge of alcoholic beverage industry helpful.
• Ability to lift 25–50 lbs and up to 175 lbs when handling kegs.

Aufgaben

• Stock shelves, back stocks, cold boxes/coolers and displays.
• Build displays and place signage and merchandising items.
• Ensure SKUs are priced properly and visible.
• Keep backroom and inventory areas clean and organized.
• Walk accounts for merchandising opportunities and feedback.
• Complete retail calls and coordinate with Sales Rep on inventory.
• Maintain professional rapport with store personnel and customers.
• Develop relationships with customers and coworkers.
• Be prepared to cover a sales route when a rep is on vacation.
• Aim to outperform competition as part of the team.
• Adhere to route and all scheduled calls.
