Job summary

GPC, formerly known as Gillette Pepsi, is hiring a Service Technician in Wisconsin. You will install, service, and repair beverage equipment, including coolers, vending, and fountain systems, on a Monday–Friday schedule from 8am to 4pm.

Ideal candidates have an EPA 608 certification, an associate degree in refrigeration or equivalent experience, and strong customer service skills. A valid driver’s license and clean record are required.

Qualifications

• EPA Section 608 Technician Certification required.
• Associate Degree in refrigeration or have equivalent knowledge and experience required.
• Electrical and plumbing experience preferred.
• Experience with sealed system refrigeration is preferred.
• Adept at using a smart phone, Outlook, and general computer software.

Responsibilities

• Perform installations, service work, and repairs on beverage equipment including coolers, vending machines, fountain equipment and hot beverage equipment.
• Completing the daily work orders with accuracy and creating invoices.
• Be the face of GPC while providing excellent communication with customers to ensure expectations are clearly understood and met with best in class service.
• Communicates with management and coworkers to identify and resolve problems.
• Maintain a safe work environment.
