Job summary

Performance Food Group is seeking a field service professional in Wisconsin to manage local accounts and provide on-site equipment installation, testing, and maintenance. You will train customers and sales staff on beverage and chemical equipment, and collaborate with teammates to ensure optimal operation.

You will drive to client sites, deliver face-to-face service, and schedule installations. A HS diploma and 6–12 months related experience are preferred; valid driver's license is required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent required.
• 1–2 years equipment sales and/or maintenance experience preferred.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record required.

Responsibilities

• Manage accounts in geographical area and provide assistance and training.
• Maintain proper functioning of beverage and chemical equipment.
• Install and test various equipment.
• Assist customers and sales people determine best equipment or products for application.
• Provide face-to-face customer service in various situations.
• Drive to customer sites to assist in correcting problems.
• Prepare schedules for service or installation.
• Performs other related duties as assigned.
