Job summary

Columbia Distributing in Oregon seeks a District Manager to lead sales reps and drive monthly, quarterly, and annual objectives. You will guide inventory management, training, and cross-department collaboration while promoting the Columbia Distributing portfolio across accounts.

You will oversee promotions, track performance, and actively develop retail strategies to grow beer and beverage distribution. Requires strong leadership and extensive beverage sales experience.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Valid driver's license and auto insurance required.
• Minimum of 21 years of age.
• Minimum of five years beverage sales experience.
• Minimum of three years sales management experience.

Responsibilities

• Accomplish sales and distribution goals by executing monthly, quarterly and annual objectives.
• Manage inventory expenses per policy.
• Educate and train employees to ensure goals and priorities are met.
• Interact with inter-company departments, suppliers and customers.
• Sell and merchandise the Columbia Distributing portfolio in assigned accounts.
• Develop promotions and manage distributions monthly.
• Grow net core brand distribution over baseline throughout the year.
