Imperial Beverage, a Michigan family-owned beverage distributor, seeks a Customer Service Representative to support sales teams and customers from our Kalamazoo headquarters. The role focuses on greeting visitors, handling calls, updating data in the system, and generating reports with strong emphasis on accuracy and responsiveness.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent; some college preferred.
• 1+ years' administrative experience.
• 18 years of age or older.
• Strong computer skills: Word, Excel, Outlook.
• Must be customer-focused with strong communication and organizational abilities.

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming calls and emails for the Customer Service team.
• Greet visitors and notify coworkers when their guest has arrived.
• Process internal sales and set up new customers in company software.
• Update data in software and run reports for the Sales team.
• Manage the company calendar and conference room reservations.
• Order office supplies for the Kalamazoo headquarters.
• Open, sort and distribute mail and support reporting tasks.
