Job summary

Breakthru Beverage Group seeks a Category Manager to lead category strategies for key accounts, creating shelf schematics and analyzing brand trends across Beer, Spirits and Wine. You will develop computer-generated layouts, collaborate with sales, and drive insights to improve category performance.

The role requires strong analytical skills, experience with Nielsen/IRI data, Power BI, Excel, and Power Pivot, along with excellent communication and multi-tasking in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in related field or equivalent training/experience.
• Minimum 3 years in Category Management in CPG/beverage.
• Experience with syndicated data and POS (Nielsen/IRI) essential.
• Strong MS Office and analytical/reporting abilities.

Responsibilities

• Develop and present category schematics for Beer, Spirits, and Wine to key accounts.
• Analyze brand trends and shelf schematics for new/existing outlets.
• Create computer-generated shelf schematics for outlets and test concepts.
• Own category analytics and data sources; support recommendations to customers.
