Qualifications

• CPG experience required.
• 5+ years in Category Management, Customer Development, or Commercial Insights.
• Ability to turn complex data into decisions, not just decks.
• Experience building or elevating a category or BI capability.
• Strong cross-functional fluency across Sales, Marketing, Trade, and Finance.
• Credible presence with senior stakeholders and customers alike.
