Job summary

Breakthru Beverage Group seeks a Category Manager to lead category management strategies for key accounts in a fast-paced beverage environment. You will develop shelf schematics and analyze brand trends to optimize space and performance.

You will create computer generated shelf plans for new and existing outlets, manage data sources, and present insights to drive retailer and supplier alignment. Strong communication with sales is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent training and work experience.
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in beverage alcohol and/or CPG industry.
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in Category Management in CPG.
• Experience using syndicated data (Nielsen/IRI) and retail POS data.

Responsibilities

• Develop and present schematics for Beer, Spirits, and Wine to key accounts.
• Analyze brand trends to support shelf schematics.
• Create computer generated shelf schematics for new and existing businesses.
• Maintain data sources and category analytics.
• Engage with Sales to identify Brand/Category opportunities.
• Collaborate with retailers to align category strategies with supplier objectives.
