Job summary

G&J Pepsi-Cola is seeking a Machine Operator to set up and operate production equipment in a fast-paced beverage facility. The role ensures machines run to exact specifications and that raw materials are correctly handled for each product line.

Responsibilities include changing over machines, performing quality checks, maintaining records, and assisting with minor maintenance. The position requires attention to safety standards and the ability to work the 2nd shift, 3:00 pm - 11:00 pm, or until

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 0–1 year experience in machine operation or production line preferred.
• Ability to read and follow procedures; work quickly, independently and safely.

Responsibilities

• Operate production machines (palletizer, depalletizer, denester, case packer) per standards.
• Perform raw material checks and machine changeovers for product being produced.
• Adhere to OSHA, safety, and Pepsi policy requirements; wear PPE.
• Communicate status with teammates and supervisor; report issues promptly.
• Conduct code checks, taste tests and production reports as required.
• Maintain clean work area and perform minor machine maintenance as needed.
