Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• 0–1 years of machine operator/production line experience; beverage production preferred.
• Knowledge of beverage production process and beverage industry.
• Ability to read/write, perform basic math, communicate effectively, and work quickly and independently.

Responsibilities

• Operates production machines and ensures correct specifications (e.g., package size).
• Verifies raw materials (bottles, cans, caps, lids) and performs material/machine changeovers.
• Complies with OSHA, safety, AIB, Pepsi standards and PPE requirements.
• Communicates status with coworkers and supervisors regarding issues and progress.
• Performs code checks, taste tests, and other quality tests; calculates efficiencies.
• Completes production reports and related paperwork according to standards.
• Maintains clean work area and performs minor maintenance on machines.
