Job summary

Heartland Coca-Cola Bottling Company, LLC is seeking Merchandisers to stock Coca-Cola beverage products in retail accounts. You will ensure beverage sections, end caps, racks and displays are filled for customers to purchase, and monitor date codes to rotate products for freshness.

This role requires a high school diploma or GED, at least one year in grocery/retail, the ability to work weekends, and a personal vehicle for travel between stores.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required with at least one year in retail or warehouse.
• Must be 18+ and legally eligible to work.
• Must have reliable personal vehicle and valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Stock shelves, racks, and displays and move products between backroom and sales floor using manual or powered equipment.
• Set up and adjust displays per company standards; maintain signage and secure damaged products.
• Organize backroom, monitor inventory, and report levels with FIFO rotation.
• Handle damaged products, re-pack, and rotate stock weekly.
• Provide account recap updates via Teams and coordinate with store manager after servicing.
• Maintain professional relationships with coworkers and customers.
