Job summary

Reyes Coca-Cola Bottling is hiring for a full-time position in Minnesota. The role involves processing and reconciling shipping and delivery documents, collecting data for operational reporting, and coordinating with internal and external teams to ensure accurate shipments and performance tracking.

The position requires a GED or high school diploma with 1–3 years of related experience; a Bachelor's Degree is preferred.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/ GED with 1 to 3 years of related experience.
• Bachelor's Degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist with processing, producing, and reconciling shipping, receiving, and delivery documents; track service performance.
• Collect and prepare information for operational reporting and data tracking.
• Interact with internal and external customers and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Support dock operations, including inbound load check-in, shipment monitoring, sequencing, and documentation accuracy.
• Conduct pick floor walks to drive efficiency and compliance.
• Support slot sequencing, re-slotting, and monitor out-of-stock (OOS) conditions.
• Other duties as assigned.
