Job summary

Betteridge is seeking an Operations Manager to oversee the showroom's operations and to be the expert on SOPs, systems, and tools. You will ensure the smooth operation to deliver an exceptional client experience and report to the Showroom Director.

You will collaborate with sales and management to drive efficiencies, maintain procedures, and support all sales efforts. Schedule flexibility to accommodate showroom hours including evenings and weekends is required.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in Operations in a service-related industry.
• High school/college degree.
• Strong Analytical skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Organized and detail oriented.
• Ability to understand and adhere to company standards.

Job Purpose

At Betteridge, the Operations Manager oversees and directs the operations function within the Showroom. They the expert on all Standard Operating Procedures, systems, and tools, ensuring the smooth running of operations to enable the ultimate client experience. The Operations Manager will report to the Showroom Director. The Operations Manager is the heart of the back of house operations. They love not only working with internal and external clients by supporting all sales endeavors but also have a deep appreciation for doing things better. The Operations Manager has strong communication skills and works effectively with sales professionals and other members of management to help drive the business. Sales support, process efficiencies and procedure compliance are the name of the game in operations.

Schedule flexibility and availability is required to accommodate showroom hours, including evenings and weekends.

Qualifications and Experience

• Previous experience in Operations in a service-related industry
• High school/college degree
• Strong Analytical skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel.

Compensation: $95,000.00 - $100,000.00 annually + bonus opportunity
