NovaSource Power Services currently seeks a Utility BESS Technician II for our Marana, AZ site. The role focuses on operating and maintaining utility-scale battery energy storage systems, monitoring through SCADA, and performing commissioning, testing, and repairs on AC/DC components.

Candidates should have 2+ years in a related role or a journey-level certification, with strong knowledge of electrical safety, schematics, and CMMS.

Qualifikationen

• Must have 2+ years in a related role or journey level certification.
• Experience with power plant electrical systems, SCADA and controls operation.
• Ability to read electrical schematics and prints.
• Proficiency with CMMS and Windows-based software.

Aufgaben

• Monitor BESS plant operation via SCADA.
• Commissioning, testing, inspecting, troubleshooting and repairing AC/DC BESS systems.
• Maintain inverters, BESS modules, transformers, switchgear and metering systems.
• Follow safety procedures including Lockout/Tagout and Job Hazard Analysis.
