NovaSource Power Services is seeking a field technician to support maintenance and operation of utility-scale BESS plants in Marana, AZ. You will monitor plant performance via SCADA, assist with commissioning, testing, inspection, and repair of AC/DC systems, inverters, and switchgear. A 2+ year background or journeyman cert is preferred, with strong safety skills and a valid driver's license. Competitive pay and benefits.

Competenze

• 2+ years in a related role or Journey level certification.
• Experience with electrical systems, SCADA and controls maintenance.
• Ability to read electrical schematics and document work.

Mansioni

• Monitor BESS plant operation via SCADA.
• Perform commissioning, testing, and troubleshooting of electrical systems.
• Repair and maintain AC/DC BESS components including inverters and switchgear.
• Follow safety procedures including Lockout/Tagout and Job Hazard Analysis.
• Document work orders and report results to supervisor.
