Job summary

CAMS Renewable Services LLC is seeking a BESS Technician to perform substation preventative maintenance, troubleshoot HV systems, and prepare quality reports on site conditions in the Ft Stockton, TX area.

The role requires electrical knowledge, strong communication, documentation skills, and the ability to travel up to 20% overnight within the US. A valid driver's license and a company vehicle are provided.

Qualifications

• 3+ years' experience in substations (gas circuit breakers, air switches).
• Must be able to commute to Ft Stockton, TX daily.
• NFPA 70E, Sub Station Maintenance training certification.
• OSHA 10 - General Industry or Construction certified.

Responsibilities

• Perform substation preventative maintenance and HV system troubleshooting.
• Submit quality reports on site conditions.
• Maintain safe work practices and adhere to safety policies.
• Manage inspections, outages, and monthly reporting.
• Assist in pre-commissioning/checkout and commissioning prep for substations.
