Job summary

Prada Group in New York is seeking a Made to Measure Specialist responsible for the full MTM sales and service cycle in store — fabric introduction, measurements, fittings, alterations, order entry and after-sales service.

The MTM Specialist will deliver exceptional one-to-one service, build strong client relationships, and drive MTM sales in line with corporate standards, partnering with the General Manager/Store Director and MTM regional Manager.

Responsibilities

• Provides an excellent client experience demonstrating knowledge about MTM processes, RTW product, DNA and serving the client in accordance with the Prada Client Journey;
• Collaborates with General Manager/Store Director and sales team in building relationships with clients, maintaining regular contact and generating referral traffic to support the MTM business;
• Partners with respective MTM regional Manager to deliver product update, Product Knowledge training, client development and overall business strategies;
• Works with the General Manager/Store Director /CRM team for activities on new prospects and on existing customers; Proactively develops business through client networking and entertainment;
• Responsible for personal MTM sales performance goal, in addition to meeting overall MTM store goal and KPI’s;
• Proactively involved and supports MTM processes for colleagues during selling ceremony and when MTM service opportunities arise;
• Actively sources new customers across local businesses, such as on-trend venues and various events with specific focus in developing MTM network;
• Builds a detailed understanding of customer requirements and manages full cycle of client service including: appointment booking, execution, inputting of orders, second fitting, follow-up and alterations; In addition to on-going add on/upselling continued MTM orders
• Leads the customer throughout the initial measurement fitting and makes adjustments as required;
• Assists with selection process of all options, silhouettes, and fabrications available in the service;
• Responsible for all orders taken in the store and at company events (among which entering and tracking them), ensures follow up and updates to the customer;
• Responsible for processing order at time of arrival from warehouse, in addition to partnering with logistics to expedite a timely delivery to the receiving client;
• Represents as brand ambassador during MTM events; Hosts personal clients during event and activities including hosting colleague’s MTM guests
• Remains visible as the point of reference for both local and HQ functions, sharing feedback about the products and customer’s needs and on the particularities of the market;
• Participates in the organization and execution of MTM events, in collaboration with the CRM and Event teams;
• Maintains the correct presentation of the service inside the store with the support of the Visual Merchandising;
