Job summary

PRADA is seeking a Made to Measure (MTM) Specialist for its Madison Avenue store in New York. You will manage the full MTM sales and service cycle, from fabric introduction and measurements to alterations, order entry and after-sales service, delivering an exceptional one-to-one client experience.

You will work with the store team to build relationships, generate referrals, and drive MTM business while upholding PRADA standards.

Responsibilities

• Provides an excellent client experience demonstrating knowledge about MTM processes, RTW product, DNA and serving the client in accordance with the Prada Client Journey.
• Collaborates with General Manager/Store Director and sales team in building relationships with clients, maintaining regular contact and generating referral traffic to support the MTM business.
• Partners with MTM regional Manager to deliver product updates, training, client development and overall business strategies.
• Works with CRM team for activities on new prospects and existing customers, develops business through client networking and events.
• Responsible for personal MTM sales performance and meeting store MTM goals and KPIs.
• Proactively involved in MTM processes for colleagues during selling ceremonies and MTM opportunities.
• Builds understanding of customer requirements and manages full cycle of client service including appointments, measurements, orders, fittings and alterations.
